Elizabeth Bourne, President
Elizabeth founded Know It All Intelligence Group with two goals in mind: to help others find the truth and to provide outstanding client service. She has assisted with numerous high-level investigations including a bribery/forgery investigation that resulted in a grand jury indictment and conviction of a Bucks County area municipal school district employee. Elizabeth has garnered many accolades for her charitable work across the United States. Shortly after September 11, 2001, while battling cancer, Elizabeth traveled to Ground Zero in New York to assist with serving meals to the Emergency Workers. Mrs. Bourne utilizes her extensive experience in Customer Service, Business Management and Public Records Research to oversee day-to-day operations of the firm.
Marc Bourne, Vice President
An expert in safe hiring practices, workplace violence and loss prevention, Marc Bourne has over 17 years of experience in security, loss prevention, investigations, and public records research. He has received numerous commendations and awards including the Outstanding Performance Award by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ASIS International, a professional international security organization with over 33,000 members nationwide. In 2003, Marc was one of the Founding Members of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), an industry association developed to ensure ethical standards, compliance with the FCRA, and to raise awareness of issues related to consumer protection and privacy rights. Today, NAPBS is a global authority on best practices within the employment screening industry.
Active in communal and charitable affairs in his hometown of Bensalem, PA, Mr. Bourne currently serves as Secretary on the Bensalem Planning Commission. He has previously served as Chairman of the Bensalem Drug and Alcohol Advisory Council and has also served on the Bensalem Emergency Services Advisory Board. He is also a board member on the Bucks County Housing Finance Board. He is politically active locally in the Philadelphia area, as well as on a state, and national level. Mr. Bourne oversees the Employment Screening Division and is the consulting director of the firm.
Jack Friedrich, Vice President of Investigations
Jack brings over 16 years of specialized public and private sector experience to our Investigative Division. During his public sector employment, Jack was assigned to the Correctional Emergency Response Team, an elite squad of specially trained officers that had to deploy within a moment’s notice to diffuse volatile and often dangerous situations within correctional institutions. Over the years, Jack Friedrich has conducted and managed countless investigations from traditional domestic cases to more complex multi-state cases. Mr. Friedrich oversees the Investigative and Executive Protection Divisions.
